- Applicability
This policy applies to all UK and EU customers, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- Right of Return
Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. Conditions:
- The goods have not been used;
- The original packaging and components are preserved;
- The goods are not included in the list of non-returnable (e.g. personalized, electrical parts after installation).
3. How to arrange a return
- Notify us at: gearpointltd@gmail.com
- Include your order number, full name and reason for return (if desired);
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.
4. Return Costs
- If the item is returned due to a change of heart, the shipping costs are paid by the customer;
- In the event of a defect, error or damage, the shipping and exchange costs are paid by SpareForge.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned item;
- Refunds are made using the same method of payment;
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
6. Exceptions
Returns are not possible for:
- Electrical components after opening/installation;
- Custom-made or personalised items;
- Items that violate hygiene or sanitary standards after opening the package.
