Refund Policy

  1. Applicability

This policy applies to all UK and EU customers, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  1. Right of Return

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. Conditions:

  • The goods have not been used;
  • The original packaging and components are preserved;
  • The goods are not included in the list of non-returnable (e.g. personalized, electrical parts after installation).

3. How to arrange a return

  • Notify us at: gearpointltd@gmail.com
  • Include your order number, full name and reason for return (if desired);
  • Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.

4. Return Costs

  • If the item is returned due to a change of heart, the shipping costs are paid by the customer;
  • In the event of a defect, error or damage, the shipping and exchange costs are paid by SpareForge.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned item;
  • Refunds are made using the same method of payment;
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Exceptions

Returns are not possible for:

  • Electrical components after opening/installation;
  • Custom-made or personalised items;
  • Items that violate hygiene or sanitary standards after opening the package.
